The platform

SHEQ System is licensed at £99.99 per user per month via Stripe, cancellable monthly. Accounts are personal; credentials must not be shared. Records are stored in your browser — you are responsible for exporting backups, and we state this limitation before purchase rather than in small print after it.

What our products are — and are not

  • Documents, templates, checklists and generated content are starting points requiring review, adaptation and approval by a competent person in your organisation before use.
  • Nothing on this site or in the platform confers certification, accreditation or legal compliance. Certification is granted only by independent certification bodies; legal duties apply to you regardless.
  • The platform's temporary works module supports procedural control. It is not temporary works design; design and checking must be procured from competent engineers, for example through Temporary Works Consulting & Design Ltd.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the platform and free resources are provided without warranty that they fit your specific circumstances; consultancy engagements are governed by their own written terms and insurances, confirmed before work starts.

Acceptable use

No attempts to access other users' accounts or data, probe or overload the service, or misrepresent generated documents as certified or approved by us or any body.
